Observers: $10 for 1 day or $15 for 2 days.
NEW THIS SEASON, due to the overwhelming response and registration for GSP and Street Groove, this year we must implement a small fee for observers. This fee will help control entry and improve the security for students and faculty alike.
All observers must be the parent, guardian or teacher of a registered participant. No video taping or note taking. No exceptions.
NEW! Please note: Junior Room Observers MAY BE restricted to watching the last 15 minutes of each class. We have found in the past observers are too distracting to both the young students and the instructors. We feel this way your child will get the most out of the convention.

Late Registration: If you are registering after the dates listed above you must pay the late rates. No exceptions this year. Please be on time registering as it helps us to plan absolutely EVERYTHING!

Take 15% off of your 2nd convention! If you will be attending more than one GSP or Street Groove convention this season, you can qualify for the following discounts if you register early!

STUDIO DISCOUNT:
Bring a big group…get a big discount! Free registration may be applied to either students or teachers. In order to receive the discounts below, all registrations must be received by our office in one package BEFORE the Registration Deadlines.
Please note: Only FULL convention registrations count when adding up the number of participants who qualify for FREE registrations.
10-17 participants: 1 additional FREE registration
18-25 participants: 2 additional FREE registrations
26-34 participants: 3 additional FREE registrations
35+ participants: Thank you! Call us and we’ll hook you up with a great deal!
FAMILY DISCOUNT:
Members of the same family can qualify for the family discount. Each sibling can deduct 10% off of their registration fees. Proof of relation must be provided at time of registration. Family discounts may not be combined with any other discounts. Choose which discount is best for you!

Please note: Non Certified cheques will only be accepted if they are received by our office 3 weeks prior to the convention. If you are sending a cheque later than this, please certify it or send a money order. Thank you.
Groove Street Productions accepts the following form of payments:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders and Bank Drafts. (Interac is also available on location at the conventions).
PAYPAL:
We also accept payment through PayPal. Go to the Groove Street “Store” and click on “Convention Registration”.
REFUNDS:
Please note registration is non-refundable. If for some reason you are unable to attend a convention you have already registered for, please contact our office to discuss your options. We will extend a credit to a future convention if possible, or if it is suitable you may transfer your registration to another participant. Please call us at 1-877-476-6839 for more details.
